Hello from the Midwest

Hello all! And welcome to Keeping the Midwest Modern. I have so many crafty blogs that I love to read and think its a great way for people to see new things that we are working on so here is to trying our blogging. Please bear with me (us) while we try this out.
First off who am I(us)
I am Linsey, "seamstress" or "sewest" I am 26 and married to my best hubs friend Cory and have two wonderfully awesome kids who are often referred to as the boy and the girl. I started sewing as a hobby back with my sister(who is the us) had her first boy and she wanted baseball crib bedding. So I got out my trusty beginner machine and went to town. Now I will admit that it was not the best thing I Have ever made but she didn't care and loved it anyways. So then I had a daughter( after a son but we all know girl clothes are more fun...Now I do create for the boy as well, he asks me for capes for his Super Mario toys and has many a appliqued shirts. The girl well...her closet is a bit more full with dresses because I will admit..mama has a fabric obsession ) and it got crazy. I was creating all kinds of fun things and its just snowballed into a business with my sister ( I promise I will get to her too!) that we have today creating custom clothing, hair bows, and accessories for children, and in a few instances for the mama as well. And well the beginner machine was packed up and sent to another beginner and the machine(s) were upgraded and a whole room was built to contain it all bless my wonderful hubs! Onto the 'us'
Mariah is my sister and best friend besides the hubs. She is creator of the bows and create she does! Our girls (4 total, 3 hers 1 mine) have more bows then they will probably ever need but that's OK! The boys do get stuff sewn for them too but no bows as their hair isn't long enough. But I digress, she is married to her wonderful hubs Greg and has four awesome kids between the ages 8 and 15 months. Her bow obsession  business started when she was pregnant with her fourth (a girl.) We are going to have to find a picture of the bows that her girls have... its awesome!
Enough about us lets get on to the goods! What do you assume would happen when you have sister duos of bow makers and sewests and one set goes to Disney World. The amount of custom stuff is GIANT!!

There were 9 dresses, 16 appliqued shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, and three skirts. There were also of course hair bows to go with each day but I don't have a picture of those!
